The Defense discloses the contracts and amendments attached to the closing arguments which prove that 100% of the economic and financial rights of the three-story apartment and other properties of Condominium Solaris were assigned to Caixa Econômica Federal. The documents are registered at Offices of the Notary Public of Salvador.
