The attorneys of former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva communicated Judge Sérgio Moro that they are going to make their own video of the testimony scheduled to take place on 05/10.

The motion points out that Article 367, paragraph 6, of the Code of Civil Procedure, applicable to the Criminal Procedure in accordance to Article 3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, authorizes the parties to make their own video recordings if the court makes one as well.

In the same motion, the adjustment of the court’s video recording method has also been requested, as it is incompatible with the presumption of innocence.
